最近拿到一家垂直领域 b2c 电商的营销岗后端开发 offer，想向大家了解下营销方向的问题
- 营销是电商中比较核心的部门吗，技术挑战性如何，能否在这个领域深耕
- leader 说主要是做活动这块(优惠券等)，会不会压力比较大，容易背锅
