律动 BlockBeats 消息，8 月 11 日，据 Coin Metrics 数据显示，自 EIP-1559 在以太坊「伦敦」升级中被激活后，约有 26756.06 枚 ETH 被销毁，占新代币供应增长的 33%，以美元计算的日均矿工收益反而增长了 7.1%，并保持在两个月的高位。

Paradigm 联合创始人 Anand Gomes 表示，以太坊「伦敦」升级后推动 ETH 价格走高，吸引了一些机构投资者。同时，矿工仍然可以通过所谓「优先费率」（priority fee）在区块中获得奖励，自「伦敦」升级以来，以太坊用户已经支付了 7,141 ETH「优先费率」。这两大原因可能是矿工收益不降反增的两大原因。
