个人理解，面试是一次检验，是对自己的知识体系的检验，检验一下就知道哪里有遗漏。

但是，它不是学习的主要途径。

是模糊测试。

是不是学习的过程，得看你是否认为运行测试并据此 debug 是编程的过程。

面试就是找工作的过程, 查漏补缺只是一种不确定的附带收益, 你的说法属于主次不分, 面试失败了倒是可以拿来安慰自己, 但是如果完全抱着这种心态面试, 即没什么效率又浪费别人资源.

不是，面试是他恰好知道所以你必须知道，比如我问你你知道 Linux configfs 做 USB 驱动，如何让上位机 Windows 识别自己为 UAC2 设备，但是加载 winusb.sys 作为驱动，你能回答上来么？但是问这种问题有意义么？
