Polkadot 网络目前有 22500 名提名者，Staking 系统的配置阻止了更多提名人的加入。Parity 正在准备一项提案，以便在下周的 runtime 升级时更新 staking 参数。可能会发生的情况是，DOT 的最低绑定金额将增加，较少质押的提名人会被冻结，从而新的提名人可以加入。注意 9080 runtime 之后，现有的提名人可以在所有条件下随时更新他们的验证人偏好！
