纳斯达克上市公司Sphere 3D获Hertford Advisors加密挖矿资产专有权
据CoinDesk8月6日消息，纳斯达克上市的数据管理公司Sphere3D获得了HertfordAdvisors的比特币挖矿资产的专有权。Sphere3D公司表示，已经完成了第一份协议，并购买了60,000台新的比特币矿机。交付将于11月开始，共需要10个月。合同还包括购买额外的160,000台矿机以及获得20万平方英尺的加密挖矿设施的长期合同。该公司没有透露交易价值，但表示一旦这两个目标实现，将向Hertford发行450万股股票。
