近日，央行成都分行发布行政处罚信息公示表，新生支付有限公司（以下简称新生支付）成都分公司及时任该分公司总经理蔡青合计被罚870万元。
具体来看，新生支付因存在与身份不明的客户进行交易或者为客户开立匿名账户、假名账户的违法违规行为，被央行成都分行罚款867万元。时任新生支付成都分公司总经理的蔡青对前述违法违规事项负有责任，被处以罚款3万元。
公开资料显示，新生支付成立于2008年初，注册资金1亿元，于2011年5月获央行颁发的《支付业务许可证》，具备在全国开展预付卡发行与受理及网络支付业务的资质。
