跟着其他博主对golang.org/x的解决方案做（https://blog.csdn.net/u011768994/article/details/78477143）
发现缺少的exp包并不在里面，所以还是会出现cannot find package "golang.org/x/exp/rand"的错误
之后发现在github上有一个golang/exp的package，发现下载下来后放进golang/x/里，该错误就可以解决
