印度物流公司BlackBuck获6700万美元融资，成为独角兽企业

据外媒报道，印度物流公司 BlackBuck 已经在 E 轮成功筹集 6700 万美元，助其估值达到 10.2 亿美元，从而获得独角兽身份。本轮融资由 Tribe Capital、IFC Emerging Asia Fund 和 VEF 领投，威灵顿和 IFC 等现有投资者参投。
BlackBuck 于 2015 年成立，其业务主要是为长途客运提供 B2B 物流服务，给大中小企业提供市内货物运输服务，其中，可运输货物包括矿物质和快消货物等其他种类。该公司在印度拥有 70 万个卡车司机和 120 万量卡车，每月平台交易量超过 1500 万。
该公司曾在 2020 年 5 月进行过 D 轮融资，由 Accel 和 Goldman Saches 领投。当时的融资规模为 1.5 亿美元，融资后估值达到 8500 万美元。
BlackBuck 在新闻发布会中表示，这轮融资的目的是为顾客提供新服务，与此同时，通过与其他公司合作，扩大其金融服务和保险服务产品。
印度的物流行业，尤其是卡车运输行业，受疫情封锁影响严重。2020 年四月，BlackBuck 曾裁减 200 多名员工，在此之后，有消息传出还会大批裁员，但是目前没有进一步的报道。
