桌面版Google Chrome浏览器加入Google Len
Google Len含有一套以视觉元素为依据的运算功能，能以手机镜头判别眼前的物体，并依据这些资讯寻找相似图像、搜索产品，甚至探索当下地点、辨识动植物、复制或翻译文字等等。
Google Len本来只有原生Android才有的功能，现在把Google Len加入Google chrome中，这让Google chrome具有更大竞争力。
Google 将为桌面版Chrome 浏览器导入Google Lens ，取代过去惯用的搜索图片方式，成为新的图片搜索工具。
过去使用Chrome浏览器时，可在任何一张图片上点选滑鼠右键、再点选「通过Google搜索图片」，借由Google搜寻引擎以图搜图，查看更多搜寻结果；不仅可以找出同一图片出现在不同网站中，或者找出相似图片，作为陌生图片或影片的工具也相当实用，以防被不实资讯误导。
随着新版Chrome 92 浏览器释出，当在图片点选滑鼠右键，未来将会出现使用Google Len搜索图片的选项，用户将被引导至lens.google.com/search网页，原始图片显示在画面左侧，搜索结果则显示在右侧，其中会有一个高度相符内容，还有其他类似图片，这种方式与Google Len在Android体验很相似。此外，用户也能点选画面右上角的功能键，上传图片至Google Len头进一步搜索。
这将是Google Len相当重要的服务扩展，不仅在手机、平板上使用，现在也能在桌面版Chrome 浏览器为电脑用户提供服务。上一次服务扩展是在今年4 月初，Google 将功能延伸至桌面版Google 相册。
