Tech Lead

The Opportunity

• Become the tech lead of an exciting and well-funded SaaS startup, founded by high profile people with industry experience (ex-Goldman Sachs) and engineers (ex-Google and ex-Palantir)
• Modeldrive is on a mission to empower people to work with data in a smarter way. We want to efficient, accurate, and enjoyable way of working with data, by putting the power of programming and databases in the hands of spreadsheet users

The Skillset

• 5+ years experience in professional software development, ideally some of which you’ve spent in startups or at organisations maintaining a large code base
• Significant experience working with Rust, and ideally with Typescript/React, building complex data models
• You sweat the important details and are passionate about maintainable, scalable code
• Experience owning technically challenging and demanding cross-functional projects
• Habit of introspection and understanding what’s helped you be successful in the past, combined with a growth mindset and willingness to improve by leveraging the latest technologies
