Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.  Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.  Odds of winning a promotion prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion. Winners will be notified on or about August 2, 2021. Winners will have until August 6, 2021 by 12:00 PM PST to accept the prize by private message from @FUTURENET_SDN.  Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.  Potential winners may also be required to sign and return to VMware, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (or Declaration of Compliance, if a non-US resident) in order to claim his/her prize.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (or Declaration of Compliance, if non-US resident) within the required time period (if applicable), or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.  If a Canadian resident, the potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize.  If the potential winner is a Canadian resident and the question is answered incorrectly, the prize will be forfeited.  In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, VMware will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain unawarded.  For U.S. residents, prizes will be fulfilled 4-8 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion. For Canadian residents, prizes will be fulfilled the latter of 4-8 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion or 2-3 weeks after receipt of the skill testing question.
