碳链价值APP讯，港交所前行政总裁李小加出任在美国纳斯达克上市的固定收益电子交易平台及市场数据和交易后服务提供商MarketAxess Holdings Inc.(NASDAQ:MKTX)的董事，自7月13日起正式生效。
