法国提议通过单一机构监管欧盟加密货币活动

碳链价值APP讯，法国金融市场管理局（AMF）提议由欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）负责监管整个欧盟的加密货币活动，以在欧盟的加密行业树立单一权威机构，制定统一的监管法规。

EMF在提议中指出：「授予ESMA直接监管欧盟加密资产公开发售（白皮书审查）和加密资产服务商的权力，将为各国监管机构创造明显的规模经济，以高效地汇集专业知识，这符合欧盟的共同利益。」如果提议被采纳，AMF将寻求利用ESMA的数字货币监管经验，为在欧盟运营的数字货币企业提供明确的法律框架。（Cointelegraph）
