Tether CTO并不担心最近两月没在以太坊上增发USDT

PANews 7月19日消息，USDT已经有近两个月时间没有在以太坊上铸造了，但Tether CTO并不担心。在过去50天里，稳定币巨头（也被称为数字货币“印钞机”）Tether没有在以太坊上增发过一枚USDT。根据最近数据显示，Tether上一次在以太坊上铸造USDT是在5月31日，50天也创下了USDT在以太坊上未增发的历史最长记录。不过Tether首席技术官 (CTO) Paolo Ardoino 认为，当前市场竞争对整个行业来说其实是健康的，而且他并不担心USDT长时间没在以太坊上增发的问题。
在Twitter上最近发布的主题帖中，Paolo Ardoino表示自己每次看到“竞争对手正在从Tether手中夺取市场份额”的报道都会感到困惑，因为他认为竞争和多元化才是任何行业成功的关键，Tether在2014年推出了“稳定币”概念，现在这个想法已经被很多人复制，但如果只有Tether自己，其实很难创造历史，稳定币市场需要更多产品，参与者越多，就越能获得更公平的监管。
Paolo Ardoino总结道：“稳定币行业应该让每个人都成长，这样的话，当大家的声音被汇聚，力量就会更大，长远来看也会使稳定币行业更加稳固。是的。我们不介意看到增长。我们欢迎大家，我们之关系游戏的公平和平等。”
