碳链价值APP讯，7月9日，中国民用航空局召开2021年上半年工作专题新闻发布会，按照智慧民航建设总体工作安排，民航局在战略架构、组织机构、服务示范、数据治理、技术应用等方面抓紧推进相关工作，取得初步成效。2021年上半年，民航局全力推动中国民航智慧监管服务项目前期工作，充分发挥大数据、区块链、人工智能等新技术优势，按照“大平台共享、大系统共治、大数据慧治”的总体思路进行规划设计，改变“烟囱式”的项目组织和系统建设方式，基于去中心化、面向服务的理念和技术架构，从传统集约向开放融合转变，实现从分散建设到统筹共用方式转变，为行业智慧监管和服务提供基础支撑。
