碳链价值APP讯，美国数字支付处理服务商Stripe已聘请一家律师事务所帮助筹备上市事宜。目前，Stripe正在考虑「直接上市」模式，而非传统的IPO。拥有11年历史的Stripe已是美国最具价值的科技初创公司，在今年3月份的一轮融资中，Stripe的估值达到约950亿美元。
此前，Stripe联合创始人兼总裁John Collison曾表示，他是比特币的粉丝，并称当前超过五分之一的商业是跨境的，比特币和其他加密货币是消费者从海外商家购买商品和服务的一种方式，加密货币让海外资金流动更加容易。
