Closes #37.

TODO:

  • provide an option to select the backend
    • if LC-neovim is installed, use it by default
  • start FSAC with vim.lsp.start_client when neovim/nvim-lspconfig is not present
  • make sure Ionide-vim can work together with neovim/nvim-lspconfig
  • make sure it doesn't break on
    • Windows Neovim
    • Linux Vim 8
    • Windows Vim 8
  • support autocompletion
  • support codelens
  • support opening a new project and reloading the workspace
  • support tooltips
  • show signature in status line
  • customize error highlighting?
  • provide healthcheck?
  • provide some default bindings for LSP features?
