[Windows] 禁用 capslock 切换大小写

把 capslock 绑定给了 listary 6 了，按下这个键时候确实可以实现激活 /隐藏 listary 的功能，但是同时也把大小写切换了，希望能把大小写切换给禁用了

求个最简单的方法（最好不新增新的软件，比如 AHK ）实现这个功能，多谢各位大佬

改注册表可以 remap 。你把它映射到一个不存在的值上就禁掉了。

微软自家的 PowerToys 可以改键，但是这东西自己都不少 bug

@Mithril @no1xsyzy 感谢，最后确实是这样，通过注册表映射到了一个其他的键

@ulosggs 感谢提示，已经完美实现目的

@Jaosn 只用一个输入法，我只有微软拼音，把美式键盘也删除，就是中英文切换用 shift 了
