2021.6健身月报

6月份已经结束了,转眼间2021年已经过半了,真是time flies. 看了下过去半年的健身记录,中等强度的有效运动(汗流浃背)差不多平均在每周3天左右,特别是越靠近年中,运动量越多,越规律一点,这说明习惯在慢慢形成,这点自己比较满意。

6月份每周运动天数4+天:

最新体重61.2,BMI 20.2(2010.7.3)。

千里之行,始于足下,继续坚持吧。下半年的目标是平均每周运动天数5天,加油!
