碳链价值APP讯，据越南媒体报道，越南总理范明正已要求越南央行（SBV）研究加密货币，并在2021-2023年间试点实施。范明正签署「第942/QD-TTg号决定」，批准该国的电子政务发展战略，涉及对人工智能、大数据、增强现实、虚拟现实和区块链技术的评估。
胡志明市立经济大学创新研究所副所长Huynh Phuoc Nghia表示，越南的无现金支付正在增加，央行对数字货币的认可有助于加快这一进程。「数字货币是不可避免的趋势。」此前，SBV曾强调加密货币不受越南法律认可。2018年，SBV禁止商业银行和支付服务商使用加密货币进行交易，认为此类活动会增加洗钱、恐怖主义融资和逃税风险。（Coindesk）
