碳链价值APP讯，据CNN报道，菲律宾证券交易所（PSE）希望在该国监管机构发布等待已久的监管规则后，成为交易加密资产的平台。PSE总裁兼CEO Ramon Monzon称两周前管理层首次讨论了创建国内加密货币交易所的设想，并称PSE拥有交易加密货币所需的基础设施和投资者保护措施。菲律宾证券交易委员会（SEC）从2019年开始就该国是否应建立国内加密货币交易所征求银行、投资者和公众的意见。该国政府历来对数字资产持友好态度，菲律宾央行虽然表示不会很快考虑开发CBDC，但已授权十余家加密货币交易所在该国运营。Monzon说他认为加密货币的波动性使它们具有吸引力，但因为存在波动性，交易所需要在PSE的监督下运营。（Coindesk）
