最近應群友需要，寫了一個串口通信的 VSCode 擴展：Serial Port Helper。

可以支持連接多個串口。

支持基本的 TX / RX 。

另外還加入了可以發送 Hex 和文件的功能。
因爲我只有一塊 Arduino 的開發板，所以還沒有做很廣泛的兼容性驗證。歡迎各位 V 友有設備的都來試用看看，有什麽問題可以直接到 GitHub 上提 Issue，或是有什麽功能建議，也歡迎來反饋。感謝~
