Holy shit REQUIRES an MS account. Local accounts are dead. You are the product. Can't see that many upgrading given lots non-UEFI hardware still used in older still capable PCs.

* No more 32-bit support. * REQURIES DX12 GPU !?!? * REQUIRES UEFI w/ Secure Boot !?!? * REQUIRES Microsoft Account !?!? * REQUIRES >9" display ("works on any devices") !?!? * REQUIRES TPM hardware
TONS of systems wont be compatible.
