夏令时午休时间较长，又特别讨厌人多，省得器械要排队，洗澡还要排队，所以都中午去健身房...然而去完出来就是一杯饮料加各种碳水午饭，这是不是健身房去了个寂寞...20分钟跑步快走加一小时固定力量器械区。鬼知道能有啥效果....之前两年多纯跑步或椭圆机，然后疫情最近没去过健身房，今年继续健身房吧😛
