Hi,

I'm Marcel, one of the developers behind the GitHub Notion sync. We developed this site so that we can keep track of all our GtHub issues across multiple repositories right within Notion itself.

Once you login with your GitHub account, you can select the repositories that you want to synchronize to your Notion workspace and our sync will populate a Notion database with all of your existing issues. In addition to this, a GitHub webhook will be registered that will update or create any GitHub issue.

We hope that you like the service as much as we do!

Let me know what you think!

wow, this is going to be very useful, keeping track of issues across multiple repo's is definitely not as easy as it should be.

@dcblogdev Thank you David! I agree, keeping track of issues across multiple repos is not as easy - especially if you want to have a good overview of those issues in Notion. Glad you like it :)

This is awesome! It's amazing to see how Notion is becoming the centre of all activities and integrations. Now, even the dev team can make the most of Notion. Thanks for sharing this simple yet effective tool, @marcelpociot and @dianawebdev :)

@adityavsc Thank you, Aditya! This was exactly the thought behind it. We have to take care of several repositories and lacked an overview. Since we use the Sync ourselves, getting stuff done got a lot easier!

Cool idea. What use cases?
Managing Partner - Beyond Code GmbH
@shashcoffe Having the GitHub issues across multiple repositories within a Notion database allows us to easily use this data within our different Notion pages. This way we can keep track of all our GitHub issues in one place.

Great idea! Is it opensource?
Nice idea! Are there plans to support Notion sync for other features in the future?

This is really Great for Newbies like me. I a definitely going to give this a try. I would like to ask a question here, is it possible that the repositories can be shared via Notion, or we need to share the github repository link to fellow team members?
Managing Partner - Beyond Code GmbH
@soham_sharma One person, who has access to the repositories, needs to setup the synchronization. Once that is done, the issues will be synchronized over to your Notion workspace containing a link to the actual GitHub issue.
