图鲁语是印度卡纳塔克邦（Karnataka）180万人使用的一种语言，在该国历来被曲解——为了保护这种脆弱的语言及其使用者的身份，网民在社交媒体上发表了大约40万个帖子，鼓励印度政府正式承认这种语言与该国其他22种具有同等官方地位。
