6月23日，山西省发布《山西省“十四五”14个战略性新兴产业规划》，提出做强做大信息技术应用创新、半导体、大数据、碳基新材料等4类支柱型新兴产业。大数据产业包括加强5G基站、大数据中心、基于区块链的数据平台等信息基础设施建设，布局数字基础设施建设先行区和数据要素高效流通先行区。
