非得去买学区房吗？
孩子才一岁半，老婆已经迫不及待张罗着卖房去买武昌学区房了，然而财力其实非常有限，面对三四万的学区房单价，这一波操作下来必定亚历山大。于我，我其实是非常想躺平的，为什么非得去参与这一场极度内卷呢？
各位社友，你们对此有什么看法？
ps:目前对口的初中是光谷二初，一般是肯定一般般的。据悉武昌的学区房这大半年来涨了1w+了，从2-3w的水平涨到了3-4w多的水平。
