【求问】毕业该去企业还是教职

贵校计算机直博生，计算机体系结构方向，6篇CCF-A。
已拿到一些比较不错口头offer，来自华为，阿里
另一条路就是出国读博后，回国找教职。
有没有大佬可以指点一下迷津，这两条路如何比较，求私信

华为的话，应该是天才少年的offer了吧
