美国国会上周提出的反垄断改革法案寻求限制平台给自家产品竞争优势，如禁止用户从设备上移除预装的应用。该法案将意味着苹果必须让消费者决定使用哪种应用或者卸载哪些应用。领导这项立法工作的罗德岛州民主党众议员 David Cicilline 称下载其它应用和下载苹果自家应用一样简单，苹果将无法使用其市场支配力量偏袒自家产品和服务。这一限制还将适用于亚马逊的 Prime 订阅服务。
