在美国参议院确认反垄断知名人士 Lina Khan 出任联邦贸易委员会(FTC)五名委员之一后，总统拜登(Joe Biden)立即任命她担任 FTC 主席，这可能意味着拜登政府将对科技巨头如 Google、Amazon、Facebook 和 Apple 采取更强硬的立场。但 FTC 不太可能立即开始拆分这些巨头。32 岁的 Lina Khan 是哥伦比亚大学法学院教授，她的委员提名以 69 对 28 票在参议院获得通过，但拜登任命她担任主席则出乎很多人的意料，之前从未有过类似的先例。
