Mysql无法远程连接问题(Navicat)

针对这个问题，网上已经有很多资料了。无外乎以下：
1.检查防火墙
2.检查Mysql数据中的User是否有配置 root@%，以及授权
3.检查配置文件中bind_address是否是127.0.0.1导致tcp没有监听0.0.0.0
这篇文章想记录的问题是：你可能要考虑下你的服务器运营商 (阿里 or 腾讯云 or 其他)
在各大运营商后台的安全规则里是否有放通对应的3306端口。
查国内外的资料，都没有提及到，一下子疏忽检查这个。
尝试了2个小时无果…最后发现居然是这个原因，很崩溃，写下这个文章，希望如果你看到，不要犯错浪费时间。
