第九城市官方宣布已经与数字资产托管企业Coinbase Global Inc.的全资子公司Coinbase Custody达成合作协议，Coinbase Custody将成为九城包括比特币在内的数字资产的托管公司。九城将首批存入200个比特币在CoinbaseCustody的一个独立冷钱包账户中，这是一个机构级别的离线存储安全解决方案。九城将不定期增加该托管账户的数字货币存储。
