甲骨文 Oracle Cloud Ubuntu20 ARM 实验可行，正常运行
首先请安装宝塔面板/py3环境
apt-get install python3-pippip3 install docker-composesnap install docker# version 19.03.13
apt install docker.io# version 20.10.2-0ubuntu1~20.04.2
这样依赖就搞定了，剩下的下载配置运行和旧教程一模一样
