小程序开发用什么框架好？

我司之前做了款 CRM 现在打算开发移动版本，老板相中的方案是做小程序，主要针对的平台是钉钉和企业微信，想问下现在开发小程序用哪个框架比较好，请描述下真实感受和所遇到的坑。

我个人目前比较倾向于 taro, 原因是名字看起来简洁有力。顺便问一下如果开发手机版本的话大家会考虑什么方案呢，原生的 Android/iOS 还是 flutter ？
