6月8日，国家企业信用信息公示系统官网显示，绫致时装(天津)有限公司因生产销售不合格产品受到行政处罚，没收1件不合格的皮衣及违法所得47.93万元并罚款101.49万元，罚没款合计149.42万元。

2021年4月至6月，绫致时装(天津)有限公司累计被罚110.67万元，且没收违法所得56.31万元。
资料显示，绫致时装(天津)有限公司由香港凌致时装集团中国有限公司全资控股，后者旗下拥有ONLY、JACK & JONES、VERO MODA和SELECTED四个品牌，截至2019年，在中国500多个城市拥有7000多家店铺。
