Dell products have declined ACROSS THE BOARD, be it customer service or hardware reliability.
I am currently embroiled in a batrle for BASIC SERVICE.
I bought a Dell laptop with decent specs. I plugged it into my 4K monitor. It would only display 1080p. I checked the chipset specs again, the chipset supports 4K. Yep, the deliberately disabled 4K support in their hardware and BIOS to try to get people to buy a more $$$ model!

Our cybersecurity team has removed the files (and the links to the files) and we're investigating. The files are no longer accessible to the public. The security of our networks and products is a top priority and critical to protecting our customers’ information. Thank you.
Yesterday at noon I chatted with Dell support and told them about this - he said "To be honest, we don't have information for software and other third party applications for hardware support. We appreciate the feedback, I'll have this forwarded to necessary team to look at"
