ふと思ったんだけど、既存のUSB PDアナライザーでUSB PD EPRで48V出してる時のUSB PDのパケットをキャプチャしたらUSB PDアナライザー壊れる……??
As a representative of a company that built a PD analyzer... Let me check and get back to you.

We looked into this, and yes, this is a problem for "inline" devices like our Twinkie PD analyzer. I updated this info page with a warning: https://chromium.org/chromium-os/twinkie…

Short answer: Don't use our analyzer in EPR mode. A component inside the analyzer isn't designed for the voltage.

Benson, is there an update planned for the Twinkie PD to support EPR? I still use the USBC-TKEY from (their consumer-focused version of the Twinkie), but sadly they do not carry it anymore. Would definitely like to see an EPR version of the product for home-lab use!
I don't have anything official to share other than obviously this is something that we are thinking about (hence the warning on the Twinkie page).
