当地时间4月14日，法国纺织巨头 Chamatex 集团宣布收购初创公司 Toptex Cube，具体交易金额官方尚未透露。
收购完成后，Chamatex 集团将成为 Toptex Cube公司的大股东，后者的创始人 Philippe Joffard 仍然保留其持有的股份。
Toptex Cube 由 Philippe Joffard 成立于2014年，是一家利用先进科技进行服装生产的公司，创始人 Philippe Joffard 曾在法国户外服饰集团 Lafuma（乐飞叶）担任了24年的首席执行官。
