华为海思发布 RISC-V 开发板

华为海思(Huawei HiSilicon)发布了第一款基于开源构建的RISC-V开发板Hi3861，主要针对鸿蒙操作系统的开发者。由于华为收到美国在 2019 年黑名单限制，禁止向华为出售美国技术，包括华为广泛使用的ARM构架。Hi3861 针对的是物联网市场，海思主要面向的是利润更高的智能手机、平板、PC 和嵌入式系统， 但目前已经迫使华为拥抱开源架构的处理器架构。Hi3861 拥有一系列端口控制 以及 USB-C 接口. GPIO 针脚等。
