伊朗总统鲁哈尼表示，9月22日之前，伊朗方面禁止开采加密货币。近期伊朗电力供应出现问题，伊朗多地已开始采取轮流断电的措施。对此，伊朗电力部门发言人5月24日接受伊朗媒体采访时表示，电量短缺的主要原因有天气炎热、工业繁荣导致用电量上升、干旱使得水力发电量减少以及伊朗私人加密货币「矿场」耗电太多等等。伊朗电力部门表示，伊朗未来将采取错峰用电、新建电厂、阻止加密货币「挖矿」等行动。（彭博）
