江卓尔表示，虽然 B.TOP 未收到相关部门的监管要求，但考虑到最新监管精神，以及 B.TOP 中国大陆境内业务仅占自营挖矿的较小份额，因此 B.TOP 决定停止为中国大陆境内客户提供矿机代购服务；对已代购付款，未运行矿机，可选择全额退款；对已运行矿机，B.TOP 将出台措施，确保客户不发生亏损。
