深圳华强北赛格大厦日前出现晃动的原因仍在核查中，赛格集团有限公司发布通知称，为确保赛格大厦检测工作顺利进行，不受外界干扰，5 月 21 日零时起暂停所有业主、商户、租户进出赛格大厦写字楼和电子市场。针对深圳地标性建筑赛格大厦近日出现晃动事件，深圳市政府周三晚间表示，目前，大厦主体结构及周边环境未发现涉及安全异常情况，大厦主体结构安全。产生震动的具体原因正进一步核查中。此前有报告称，赛格大厦存在边施工边修改设计，先施工后设计，设计图没做完就开始施工等问题。
