Kali is one of the most most popular and a Linux distro preferred by offensive security It has all the tools required organized in an very orderly manner. I prefer to use this as there are new updates given in regular intervals. Kali is an open-source distro and it is built on debian which is a really fast distro in its own right.

BlackArch-linux

BlackArch is a penetration testing distribution based on Arch Linux that provides a large amount of cyber security tools. It is an open-source distro created specially for penetration testers and security researchers. The repository contains more than 2600 tools that can be installed individually or in groups.

I recommend you to use Parrot OS or Kali Linux only if you are a person with enough experience. Newbies should try the other Linux distros here.
