2021年5月20日，耳朵财经讯，根据CionDesk报告，Core Scientific的首席执行官凯文·特纳（Kevin Turner）离职，最初的消息源来自CNBC本周三的报道。
其联合创始人兼董事长迈克尔·莱维特（Michael Levitt）出任首席执行官。而特纳将继续担任顾问职务。
特纳自2018年7月以来一直担任Core Scientific的首席执行官，此前曾担任Microsoft首席运营官长达11年。在2002年之前，他一直是沃尔玛（Walmart）的首席信息官。
Core Scientific是北美最大的比特币（BTC，-6.11％）矿机厂商。
上个月，它向CoinDesk透露，从Bitmain购买了112,800种专用集成电路或ASIC采矿机，使库存翻倍。
