方子是2015年左右在下厨房还是豆果上学的我不太记得了,后续自己进行了改良。

猪肉馅300g,小米辣100~150g(爱吃辣可多放)大蒜切碎100g,海天黄豆酱适量(大概是能把肉馅和辣椒都包裹住的量),油适量。

锅里放油,冷油下肉馅开始炒,把肉馅炒开,炸至发黄脱水,下小米辣和蒜末继续炸,炸出香味后放黄豆酱,黄豆酱包裹住这些馅料,继续炒一会儿,放凉后就可以装瓶啦!(我放油多是为了隔绝空气,让酱可以多放一点时间)
