Lenovo Launches "Go" Brand With Accessories for Flexible Working

Lenovo has revealed a new lineup of accessories to enhance the portability of your devices. These new accessories will be launched under the new Lenovo Go sub-brand. As of now, this includes a power bank and a wireless mouse.

Lenovo Go Is Targeted Towards Remote Workers

Amidst the ongoing pandemic, remote working has become the norm for a lot of workers. The Lenovo Go brand is Lenovo's foray into designing accessories keeping a remote workforce in mind.

In a press release on the Lenovo StoryHub, the company states that Lenovo Go is a "new sub-brand uniting a range of purpose-built PC accessories that are made for better mobile productivity and designed for a hybrid workforce."

Essentially, the company aims to enable better collaboration as well as boost productivity among remote workers.

Currently, the first two products in the Lenovo Go range of accessories are a 20,000 mAh USB-C Laptop Powerbank and a Wireless Multi-Device Mouse.

The Lenovo Go USB-C Laptop Power Bank has a 65-watt power output and can completely charge an average laptop at least once. Additionally, it can charge up to 3 devices, simultaneously. With the power bank, Lenovo hopes to remove low battery anxiety that many "highly mobile workers" face.

In the input department, Lenovo has launched the Lenovo Go Wireless Multi-Device Mouse that can pair with up to three devices at once. Users can cycle between these devices with a single button. The mouse also features a utility button that can be programmed to a function of your choice.

To charge the mouse, users can either use a USB-C cable or a Qi compatible wireless charger.

Lenovo Go Will Offer More Products in the Future

While Lenovo has only announced two products in its lineup, the company plans to launch many more accessories under the Lenovo Go brand.

The press release already mentions that "Lenovo Go audio solutions will be announced later in 2021." To expand on its audio lineup, Lenovo states:

The audio devices from Lenovo Go are engineering from the ground up to solve ambient noise, sound quality and ease of use challenges.

Since, Lenovo Go is focused on mobile workers, we could also get see other accessories such as compact wireless keyboards and even portable laptop stands.

The Lenovo Go power bank and wireless mouse are expected to launch in June with a price of $89.99 and $59.99 respectively.
