服务接口http请求瞬时并发高 cpu飙高如何解决？

接口为第三方推给我们优质客户数据用的，比如说第三方有很多优质客户，然后某天某个时候突然一次性推给我们数万，数十万的客户数据，我们接口再对这些客户做逻辑处理再做客户sai'xuan，入库啥的。导致这个接口瞬时并发会很高，cpu飙高。如何解决呢？有没有多个解决方案？
