酸辣土豆丝里的葱

前天在一个餐馆吃饭，瞄菜单的时候不经意看到酸辣土豆丝的照片中的葱。嚯，我用葱绝大多数情况下都是切碎了撒上，这次突然发现照片里的葱是切长段，看起来甚是好看。因为葱花撒到土豆丝里很容易就看不见了（即使能看见，也很杂乱），但绿油油的葱段在黄灿灿的土豆丝里却有很好的装饰效果。
又想起若干年前在国内一个餐馆吃饭前，路过厨房看见师傅正在准备拌沙拉。他拿过一颗紫甘蓝，刷刷把外面几层叶子都扒下来扔了，我看那叶子是好好的应该可以吃。遂意识到了本铁公鸡炒包菜的口感不那么好的可能原因之一。
