理解随机森林与汉密尔顿蒙特卡洛

有两篇 arXiv 上的文章我很有兴趣，但没时间细看。要是学术界有个罗胖来读了这些文章讲给我听，我倒是很有兴趣付费。
- 《理解随机森林：从理论到实践》：这已经是两三年前看到的文章了，是一位兄台的博士论文。排版简直不能更精致，光是看字体就流口水，何况主题还是随机森林这个大众话题。
- 《理解汉密尔顿蒙特卡洛》：我对 HMC 的兴趣来源有两处，一处是 Radford Neal 的文章，另一处是一个 Youtube 视频，讲真，要是把世界上那些所谓的“厉害了 word 哥”的东西都烧掉，这个视频得留下，因为它实在是很厉害，雷鬼电音加蒙特卡洛可视化（是真的代码生成出来的），就问你服不服。
